Nashwa Bawab is a Chicago-based journalist, from Dallas.
Her editorial interests include foreign policy, criminal justice, social justice and culture. Her primary passions for coverage are Palestine as well as Arab and Muslim communities. She is currently an Assistant Editor at In These Times magazine where she also manages the internship program. Her work has been featured in The Intercept, AJ+, Middle East Eye, Texas Monthly, The Texas Observer and more. You can read featured works in "portfolio."
